Case Story Entry Form

Before filling in the entry form, please read carefully the Call for Cases guidelines. Please avoid "marketing" of the SSC experience. Preference will be given to cases describing both good and not-so-good aspects of the experience (in particular, problems and bottlenecks and the way they were resolved).

You will find guiding questions within the application form that are meant to help you in forming your case story. While some questions may not be applicable to your case, please try to respond as completely as possible.

Outcomes — describe what it achieved Required	-- Did the relation between the providing and receiving countries / governments / organizations change with this experience? Why and how? -- What are the planned and unplanned achievements of the SSC experience? -- Are these outcomes sustainable? Could they be replicated in similar contexts? -- For longer-term projects, could you describe (both positive and negative) impacts? Maximum 400 words
Aid Effectiveness — describe synergies of the experiences Required	-- How can this experience help to understand the possible synergies between SSC and aid effectiveness principles? -- Was national leadership and ownership supported? -- To which extent was the experience aligned to national priorities and systems? -- Has there been an effort to harmonize and coordinate with other programmes and development actors? -- Was managing for results included in the experience?
