We are an autonomous Peruvian organization, specialized in the field of organizational capacity building, field in which we have being working 12 continuous years, in Peru and other countries of LAC.

 

We believe that the strengthening of civil society organizations, local and governmental organizations  contribute to the generation of solid communities, capable to actively participate in the building of a deserving, democratic and sustainable development.

 

Due that, our contribution consists on generating capacity building processes for the organizational development and learning, that allows a more efficient use of the resources and increases the impact of development interventions. Pact Peru supports the capacity building of “intelligent organizations”, capable to learn and efficiently inter relate to other organizations, that could implement successful social programs.

 

Our organization is financially self-sustained, acts proactively and in teams, and looks for coherence between what is preached and what is done.
