Inspiration 6.0 is an application designed to facilitate visual representation of complex ideas. Designed for use by high school students, the software is easy to use but still contains a good deal of functionality. Inspiration 6.0 allows the user to map out concepts using a variety of figures, symbols, arrows and images. Maps can easily be rearranged or converted into outline format. The site contains a free 30-day trial download, as well as information about purchasing the software (about US$60).
