  • Greetings!

Every year we gain a better understanding of the impact of HIV/AIDS on organizations, especially those providing front-line health and social services to people in need. The organizational challenges are tremendous, both for enhancing programmatic effectiveness as well as advancing leadership and management practice. It is clear that we must scale-up our capacity development efforts through improved individual action as well as through collaborative partnerships and networks.

There is a wealth of useful resources and training opportunities available, with more coming every month as talent and money is mobilized for action. This month’s newsletter highlights some of these resources. We hope you find them useful.

Like the Impact Alliance website, one purpose of this newsletter is to publicise the work of the network’s members. Send a message to impactalliance@pacthq.org to learn how news about your organisation’s events and resources can be shared with website visitors and newsletter recipients across the world. Previous editions of Connections are also available on the website.

    Impact Alliance Director
