Form follows Function: Management and governance of a formal knowledge network

This paper is particularly helpful in constructing partnerships and determining how benefits can be gained through networking and the legal and logistical challenges therein.  A helpful membership “ckecklist” aids participant conceptualization of potential membership criterion, the rationale behind it, and how it should be demonstrated. A section on how a network relates to outside organizations is modeled nicely, and there are summary tables for easy reference throughout.
