Communities of Practice - Users' Guide

This folder contains information about communities of practice, which are small groups of people who share a common interest in a specific area and who come together informally, often across traditional organizational boundaries, to share their knowledge and experiences related to this common interest.

Two good introductory articles in this area are Knowing in Community: 10 Critical Success Factors in Building Communities of Practice and Nurturing Three Dimensional Communities of Practice.
