Mission
The Resources and Information Development Center (CIRD) is a community foundation that has been working nationwide since 1988 to support Civil Society Organizations (neighborhood commissions, local health boards, NGOs, citizen associations, businesses associations and foundations) in actions that are directed at promoting citizen participation in the public decision making process, and advancing positive and sustainable changes within the country.
