March 2008
Greetings!

The growing challenges we face in reducing poverty and creating healthier societies increases the urgency for us to come up with more effective approaches to deliver services, manage our organizations, and ultimately to make a deeper impact in the communities we serve.  Innovation is a process of change that creates a new dimension of performance.  In this issue we highlight some initiatives and resources on the topic of innovation.  Over the coming months, the Impact Alliance will explore the role of innovation in scaling social impact, with special attention on how leaders are opening their organizations to let their great ideas flow out and new ideas flow in.  Read more below about open innovation and join us in the exploration to come.

Best regards from the Impact Alliance.
