CapacityConnect
The Impact Alliance provides a brokering service to improve the identification, linkage, and dissemination of capacity development related information. We work with local partners and sponsoring agencies to map and connect the capacity development service provider community with sector-specific organizational communities (e.g. HIV/AIDS, Disaster Risk Reduction, D&G).
IA Members are supported to lead the development of national capacity development networks that operate locally while connected to a growing international network. Primary components of CapacityConnect are:
- Web portal with capacity building resources from diverse local and global sources
- Capacity development services directory-connected globally and expanded nationally
- Monthly newsletters, email updates, and publications
- Global and regional conferences
