This paper looks at the evaluation of networks, in particular how to monitor and assess whether the network advantage is being realized.

It provides an overview of six basic management approaches to evaluation including SWOT analysis, results based management, logical framework analysis, outcome mapping, appreciative inquiry and HR performance evaluation.

The paper then details a network planning approach, a format for a quarterly progress journal and a format for an annual evaluation
