Knowledge Capturing

________________________________

Most of the valuable knowledge in an organization or network is nevery actually expressed in a format that can be shared with others. Instead, it is held within the minds of individuals. This limits the impact of that knowledge, and also creates the risk that the knowledge will leave the organization when the individual leaves.

This folder contains information about methods for capturing this knowledge, known as "tacit knowledge". The most popular of these is storytelling, a method of conveying information through the telling of informal anecdotes.
