This page contains practical anti-corruption tools developed by Transparency International chapters and other civil society organizations.  Each publication can be downloaded in pdf form or ordered online. 

The 2001 Tool Kit contains chapters on awareness raising (education), corruption control in procurement, judiciary reform, knowledge management, monitoring of public institutions, national integrity systems, surveys on corruption, and transparency in election processes.

The 2002-2003 Tool Kit includes advice and case studies on awareness raising, procurement, election campaigns, access to information, public institutions, business ethics, and diagnostics.  (Also available in Spanish)

The site also includes Tool Kits designed to support transparency in local governance and one which includes tools for youth anti-corruption education (also available in Spanish).
