Prev Document 9 of 10 Next

This article looks at the role of central leadership in knowledge management and the learning organization. it begins with the concept of the learning iceberg, and hard and soft learning styles. These refer to the idea that the visible portion of the iceberg is the hard management and involves top-down leadership. The invisible part of the iceberg is what goes on below the top management. the article also presents several case studies of effective knowledge leadership and distills some guidelines out of them.
