Welcome to the Resource Mobilization folder of the Impact Alliance Resource Center. Guided by its mission and vision, all organizations should be creative and innovative to achieve cost-effective results, secure their longevity, and accomplish real impact. In this way, resource mobilization should represent a fundamental goal of organizations, so as to constantly reveal new opportunities. Then, through volunteer participation, community contribution, private support and donor engagements, an organization can undertake programs and projects that it otherwise could not.

Incorporating resource-generating strategies can reinforce organizational sustainability, which is the focus of many resources in this folder. This kind of strategy contributes to an increase in the organization’s entrepreneurial spirit, favoring self-financing sustainability and the development of new capabilities.
